The GEOS-Chem model of atmospheric chemistry and composition
I am one of three GEOS-Chem Model Engineers and I co-chair the GEOS-Chem Software Engineering Working Group. I am also responsible for:
- Model development
- Benchmarking and testing
- Debugging
- User support
- Documentation
I also serve as one of the developers on the KPP project, where I am responsible for:
- Software engineering
- Testing and validation
- Documentation
qfyaml: Quick Fortran YAML parser
I created the Quick Fortran YAML parser for use with GEOS-Chem. It can parse most of the YAML syntax (including YAML anchors).
